lover – He Said Yes!

Based on my relationship with my husband, I think that one should say those things to his/her significant other on a regular basis…

You make me happy!
I love you! This one is vital!
I am proud of you!
You are beautiful/handsome!
You are intelligent!
You are a great lover! Both men and women need to hear that; however, in my opinion, it seems to be more important to guys than it is to us, women. That can really boost a man’s ego, too!
You are a strong person!
Thank you! Try not to take each other for granted! One should acknowledge the efforts of his/her partner every once in a while.
I believe in you! Knowing that Sugar believes in me motivates me so much!

It is also worth noting that one should always be sincere… Please, do not lie to someone just because you think that is what he/she wants to hear!

This morning, I was reading a few articles on thenest.com, which is all about relationship, sex, and the like. There was one in particular that caught my attention; it was titled “50 Sex questions You Were Afraid to Ask.” I went through all of the questions, and I found it interesting that I would only be afraid to ask a few ones. Just a few. Don’t get me wrong though, my husband is my best friend, which implies that he makes me feel comfortable enough to talk about anything with him, so do I. With that being said, those questions were more about certain things that I have not experienced yet, such as sex after the baby, sex during pregnancy, etc.

Now, as you can see, I have attached a poll to this post. Feel free to vote for the one that you would be afraid to ask to your lover or someone else, for that matter. Then, later on, I will answer the question that gets the most votes to the best of my ability, as a married woman.
